David is the consummate musician! A bassist for over 25 years.

David loves playing and performs in a number of different shows in and around NSW, covering a broad range of styles and genres including jazz, pop, rock, gospel and country. (we'll forgive him for the country)

David has been providing the lowdown groove for the 80s Flashback since its rebirth in 2002.

He started playing in bands while studying electrical engineering at Sydney Uni. He left his electrical engineering career behind to focus on music fulltime ten years ago and hasn’t looked back. He has completed the Bachelor of Music Degree at UWS, majoring in composition. He graduated with distinction and was awarded the Dean's Medal.
