Michael has been with the 80's Flashback for around 4 years. He has been playing and performing for many years. Early in his career, he developed an interest in classical/flamenco guitar,and decided to study music by completing a Bachelor of Music performance degree at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music in mid 2001.

Apart from performing with the 80's Flashback, Mike performs with a number of other Sydney based shows and also successfully owns and runs Blake's Music Tuition in Sydney, where he is also a teacher.
